- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to high-acuity patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
- Support a learning-focused environment through mentorship and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency room RN experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must obtain within 30 days if not already held).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume emergency department setting.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
