Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, local-only position
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Assist with daily living activities for patients as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
