Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a retirement community setting, focusing on rehabilitation, independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated rehab team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Contribute to establishing a strong rehabilitation team in a growing community.
• Deliver therapy services Monday through Friday, with no weekend rotations.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with facility standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Proven experience in a senior or retirement community environment.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in assisted living, independent living, or memory care settings.
• Experience with post-acute rehabilitation or geriatrics.
• Comfortable operating within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Additional Details

• Compensation: $40 to $47 per hour.
• Shift hours: 8.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• No weekend rotation or new graduates accepted.
