Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 10.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver approximately 55-63 treatment sessions per week, typically scheduled at a rate of two patients per hour
• Conduct evaluations lasting one hour each
• Use Raintree electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling options, including 4x9+4, 4x10s, or 5x8 shifts, with some evening requirements until 7:00 pm

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• At least 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Ability to complete mandated HealthStream training modules prior to assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient settings and patient treatment plans
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with Raintree EHR system
