Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Observe and document patient progress and response to therapy
- Prepare treatment areas and necessary equipment for therapy sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in rehabilitative or outpatient therapy
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
