Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional abilities through therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification.
• Previous experience working as a PTA or in a similar setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, or orthopedic populations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
