Key Responsibilities
• Provide surgical assistance in a Level 1 trauma setting
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile environment
• Assist during surgical procedures and handle instrumentation
• Support the surgical team with patient safety and equipment management
• Participate in call, holiday, and weekend shifts as required
• Follow all hospital protocols and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of strong overall Level 1 trauma surgical experience
• Proven experience in surgical assisting, listed clearly in work history
• Demonstrated proficiency on skills checklist with high ratings
• Must have valid certifications and appropriate credentials
• Ability to work flexible hours, including call, holidays, and weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in high-pressure trauma environments
• Certification as a surgical technologist or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
