Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to established treatment plans.
• Complete documentation directly with the assigning organization prior to start.
• Adhere to all credentialing and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Follow facility policies regarding dress code, parking, and scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a setting requiring patient evaluation and treatment.
• Able to complete documentation as required.
• Equipment provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and documentation protocols.
