Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting during day shifts
• Complete documentation related to patient assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards during therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
• Experience in setting up therapy equipment and patient care techniques
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous work experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation processes
• Flexibility to work with diverse patient populations
