Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately in records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license or credential.
• Proven experience delivering physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
