Key Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Complete documentation accurately in facility-approved systems such as Net Health
- Provide patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence
Required Qualifications
- Active OTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant) license
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexibility and collaborative team mindset
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Mentorship available for candidates with 0-1 year of experience
- Experience with regulatory compliance and interdisciplinary teamwork is a plus
