Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including dysrhythmias.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education while maintaining clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital environment.
• Adhere to facility policies and protocols, including float responsibilities within scope.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and facility requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Current BLS, ACLS certifications.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and flexible to float within scope.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a community hospital setting.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records.
• Experience with trauma level care is not required but a plus.
