• Full-time, day shifts, weekdays, with weekend and holiday requirements, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient occupational therapy for adult and pediatric patients across various units, including ICUs, trauma centers, stroke units, and inpatient rehab programs
• Conduct ADL evaluations and develop care plans to justify next levels of care
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain flexibility to cover all required areas, including acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient settings
• Support hospital initiatives by adhering to dress code and punctuality policies

Required Qualifications

• Valid WI state occupational therapy license
• BLS certification required
• NBCOT certification preferred
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, and documentation accuracy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in inpatient, trauma, neuro, ortho, or rehab settings
• Experience working with adult and pediatric patient populations
• Ability to handle high patient volumes with efficiency and professionalism
