Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and post-operative patients.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily with some double booking of follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and obtain director approval for any overtime hours.
• Flexibility to support other clinics as needed within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willing to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Professional approach and good communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic or post-operative therapy experience.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
