Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (1845 to 0715)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units, including units such as IMC, PCU, and stepdown.
• Float between various units based on staffing needs, ensuring continuity of care.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to emergencies using equipment like Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Hawaii RN license (must be obtained prior to start date or upon acceptance of offer).
• 2–10 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to float across multiple units, including Medical, Laulima, and occasionally Cardiovascular.
• Experience with electronic medical records and clinical equipment such as wound vacs and chest tubes.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Certifications like PALS, TNCC, ENPC, or Procedural Sedation are a plus.
• Experience working in high-acuity settings or stepdown units.
