Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to adult medical-surgical patients, managing a variety of conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient vitals, assess clinical conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Capably care for ventilator and vasoactive medication patients, following established protocols.
- Float to ICU as needed, with increased compensation when assigned to ICU shifts.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Competent in IV therapy, including vasoactive drips, and ventilator care.
- Professional appearance and behavior; scrubs not provided.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PALS certification is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in Med/Surg and ICU floation is preferred.

- Turnaround time from application to offer: 24-48 hours
