• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
• Holdrege, NE
Schedule / Job Type
• Days shift, 40 hours per week, contracted for 13 weeks, guarantee of 40 hours weekly
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
• At least 9 hours of shift time (9-hour shifts)
• Ability to work days shifts on a consistent schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
