Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Days shift, rotating 3x12-hour shifts (days and nights)
• Contract for 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit, including post-surgical and general medical patients
• Float between Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department as needed, following skills checklist
• Chart patient information using EPIC electronic health record system
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, adhering to facility protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota RN license (must be in-hand prior to start)
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) certification required; PALS (AHA) preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in Med/Surg, ER, and Charge nurse roles

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience charting with EPIC electronic health record system
• Ability to float between Med/Surg and ED settings as needed
• Strong clinical skills in trauma and emergency nursing
