Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, Contract, 13-week assignment, 30 hours guaranteed per week, start ASAP

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to enhance patient mobility and functional ability
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Implement therapy techniques in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications
• Valid California Physical Therapist license or equivalent
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proven experience in a clinical physical therapy setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
