Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor patient health and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts on days
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with elderly patient populations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
