Tech Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Job Title

• Sonographer - Women's Health / Ultrasound / Genetics

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform obstetric, gynecologic, and genetics ultrasound exams, including fetal dopplers, biophysical profiles, and anatomical surveys per AIUM guidelines
• Conduct detailed anatomical surveys, fetal biometry, and assessments such as Nuchal Translucency and cervical length
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver accurate imaging results
• Be flexible to float within scope and at sister facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS certified in OB/GYN or Women’s Health Ultrasound
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• BLS certification
• SC state ultrasound license in hand before start date
• Minimum 2 years of experience in perinatal/MFM and GYN ultrasound
• Ability to perform detailed anatomical surveys and advanced obstetric assessments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with complex pregnancies and specialty ultrasound procedures
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
