• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Intermediate Medical Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown units.
• Manage non-titratable drips and monitor basic arrhythmias.
• Float within scope across three hospitals within a 20-mile radius to meet facility needs.
• Prioritize and complete time-sensitive modules and documentation during orientation.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including nicotine-free requirement.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a PCU or similar setting.
• Ability to manage non-titratable drips and identify basic arrhythmias.
• Valid AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current at time of submission).
• NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start).
• Must be nicotine-free with a negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months.
• RTO requests must be included at the time of submission.
• Flexibility to float across facilities within scope.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Epic electronic charting system experience, proficiency with cardiac drips.
• Familiarity with cardiac patient care and telemetry.
• Prior hospital experience in a teaching or trauma facility is a plus.
