- Full-time, Days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care and support to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to their needs promptly
- Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Ability to perform nursing duties independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a SNF or LTC facility
- CPR and First Aid certification
