Full-time, day shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, charting, and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and manage IV therapies, including titratable drips
- Conduct charge duties and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members
- Support care for patients with dementia, frailty, rehabilitation needs, and other elderly conditions
- Follow facility protocols for clinical skills such as catheterization, stoma care, and assessments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as required
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or appropriate state recognition
- Current BLS certification
- Elderly care or LTC experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with dementia, frail, or elderly patients
- Knowledge of ECS electronic medical record system
- Ability to handle IVs and titratable drips confidently
