Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Beaver Dam, WI
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility specializing in elderly, dementia, frail, and rehabilitation patients.
- Conduct assessments, charting, and documentation using ECS Electronic Medical Record system.
- Manage clinical duties such as medication administration, IVs, catheters, and ostomies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including therapy, social work, activities, dietary, and housekeeping staff.
- Participate in charge and management duties, support after-hours physician availability, and ensure compliance with protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification.
- Elderly care experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Prior experience working in a nursing home or Long-Term Care/SNF setting.
- Familiarity with IV therapy and titratable drips.
