Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Beaver Dam, WI
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility specializing in elderly, dementia, frail, and rehabilitation patients.
• Conduct assessments, charting, and documentation using ECS Electronic Medical Record system.
• Manage clinical duties such as medication administration, IVs, catheters, and ostomies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including therapy, social work, activities, dietary, and housekeeping staff.
• Participate in charge and management duties, support after-hours physician availability, and ensure compliance with protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification.
• Elderly care experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a nursing home or Long-Term Care/SNF setting.
• Familiarity with IV therapy and titratable drips.
