Job Title
• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

• Beaver Dam, WI

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments, charting, and documentation for elderly residents with complex needs
• Administer medications, including IVs and titratable drips, and manage clinical procedures such as catheterization and ostomy care
• Handle charge duties and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy, social workers, dietary, and administrative staff
• Respond to resident needs, ensuring quality care and compliance with facility policies
• Support the care of residents with diagnoses related to dementia, frailty, rehabilitation, and elderly care

Required Qualifications
• Current RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience working with elderly populations in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Ability to perform clinical skills such as IV management, cath care, and ostomy care
• Experience with ECS electronic medical records preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior employment at Marshfield or similar healthcare providers (must have end date at least 6 months prior to submission)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced nursing home environment and manage complex patient needs
