Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or similar healthcare settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
