Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor and document resident health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island
- Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronic condition patients
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
