Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, develop and revise individualized treatment plans, and administer physical therapy treatments.
• Perform appropriate assessment tests based on diagnosis and utilize suitable therapy modalities.
• Document patient progress and treatment reports in a timely manner to support coordination with physicians, insurance, and utilization review processes.
• Provide inpatient care coverage on holidays and Sundays as needed, sharing responsibilities with other therapists.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Effective communication skills with patients, medical staff, and colleagues.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience providing outpatient therapy services.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working in a social and collaborative setting.
