LVN / LPN LTC/SNF

LVN / LPN - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, 8.5-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, rotating weekends, 32-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient health status and respond to changes
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist with resident assessments and ensure compliance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with medicating and caring for elderly or chronically ill patients
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible shifts
