Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient condition and report significant changes to healthcare team
- Document patient care and health updates accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and alternate weekly schedule
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF environments
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to meet orientation and onboarding requirements
