Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a senior living community encompassing assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Assist residents with mobility, function, and pain management to improve their quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
• Contribute to establishing a strong rehab team within a new retirement community.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State license for Physical Therapy.
• Capable of delivering outpatient therapy services in a senior living environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts during weekdays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with seniors in assisted living, independent living, or memory care settings.
• Knowledge of current rehabilitation techniques and standards.

• Salary range: $40/hr to $50/hr.
• No weekends or weekend rotations required.

• Estimated 10% placement fee.
