Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, 3 days per week, no weekend requirement; flexible scheduling options (e.g., 5 8’s or 4 10’s)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Work with patients recovering from orthopedic issues, strokes, developmental delays, work-related injuries, pelvic health, vestibular disorders, and acute or chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes PTs, PTAs, OT, and speech therapists.
• Maintain documentation and patient progress notes in compliance with clinic standards.
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• Proven experience or training in orthopedic, neurological, or pediatric therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Knowledge of various therapy techniques such as vestibular and pelvic health.
• Ability to handle both acute and chronic cases effectively.
