Schedule / Job Type

• Rotating shifts, full-time (1 shift per week), 13-week assignment, immediate start

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and function
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Assist in implementation of therapeutic interventions as prescribed

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Licensed Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively during rotating shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
