Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Contract, Nights, 36-hour weekly schedule, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency room nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment
• Work both ER and floor rotations, with flexibility for night or day shifts
• Cover assigned shifts on a 3x12 schedule, with occasional additional shifts as needed
• Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with travel and licensure requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid MO state or compact RN license at submission
• 1+ year of ER or acute care nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• No OT until after 48 hours, per facility policy
• Must have active SSN and DOB verification for compliance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital's ER setting or emergency care
• Flexibility to float to different units within the hospital
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
