Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and implementing treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Support patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols during therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Valid state-specific licensing as required
- Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
- Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation procedures
