Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily
• Perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Float to other clinics as needed, providing continuity of care
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize patient throughput
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Flexibility to travel between clinics as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience
• New graduate welcome, training provided
• Willingness to accept first-time traveler assignments
