Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Winner, SD

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatient clients in a rural hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations, including possible home health and pediatric cases with relevant experience
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care and improve health outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Support community health initiatives by delivering mobile ophthalmic and rehabilitation services as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in South Dakota or a Compact State
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued through the American Heart Association

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with inpatient, outpatient, home health, or pediatric patients in a rural healthcare environment
