Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Santa Fe, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status
• Assist with patient daily activities and document care provided
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Previous experience working in LTC/SNF settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with elderly patient care and skilled nursing procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
