Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient activities and ensure safety and comfort.
- Document patient care accurately in compliance with facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to perform basic nursing procedures and assessments.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate patient care approach.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior work in LTC/SNF settings.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
