Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and track patient vitals
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Document care provided accurately and thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care procedures
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a LTC/SNF setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
