Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
  • Ability to perform clinical duties and document accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
