Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
• Support patient treatment plans and deliver therapy sessions as directed.
• Monitor and document patient progress following established protocols.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs, including potential travel to different sites due to census fluctuations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• State licensure or registration as required by New Jersey.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, primarily during day hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel between sites as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting.
• Adaptability to fluctuating census and dynamic work environments.
