Job Title

• Full-time, Day shifts, 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in diverse clinical settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment details accurately.
• May consider qualifications equivalent to a PTA for suitable candidates.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist or PTA (per state requirements).
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of patient documentation and therapy equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in Washington, DC healthcare facilities.
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy protocols.
