Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, 3x12 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Float within scope of practice as needed to meet facility demands

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (must be current at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start)
• Epic experience at a level 3 or 4 strongly preferred
• EKG and pharmacy testing during orientation (successful completion required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with time-sensitive modules and Epic systems
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations in emergency care
