Key Responsibilities

- Document patient observations and interventions accurately.
- Support residents in maintaining comfort and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Ability to adhere to documentation and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for diverse resident populations.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
