Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an LTAC setting utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe, effective care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff qualifications and supervise assigned personnel.
- Manage ventilator, tracheostomy, central line, and wound care as indicated.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Florida RN license or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume).
- ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached).
- Vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, and wound care preferred.
- Ability to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer, on or before March 9, 2026.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous LTAC or Telemetry experience.
- Experience working with ventilated/trached patients and central lines.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
