Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to patients with various developmental and physical needs.
• Support patients in improving daily living and functional skills.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid OTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant) license or certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of occupational therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting.
• Knowledge of patient documentation and electronic health records.
