Key Responsibilities

• Administer speech and language assessments to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve communication abilities.
• Track progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in speech therapy within a clinical or school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform assessments and develop treatment plans.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy or remote service delivery (if applicable).
• Pediatric or adult therapy experience preferred.
