Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to clients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Relevant degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders
• Proven experience working with diverse patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or school-based setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
